(B) Hanoi - Tuyen Quang After checking the bikes and making sure everything is fine, we will cross the Red River to the northeast. We will go through many villages where we will be able to stop and take our first photos from the road. After lunch, we will arrive at Tran Trao - a small valley between the mountains and the jungle, where the base was before the revolution in 1945. We will visit the most interesting places of this section, such as Tran Trao Community House, Hoang Thai Community House, and Little Ho Chi Minh From June to August 1945. After seeing this historic part, we will continue driving to the city of Tuyen Quang, where we will arrive in the early evening. (Total route 190km)
(B, L, D) Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang After breakfast, we will continue along the Lo River to Ha Giang Town. Here we stop for a night. We will have enough time to discover the city or to relax. (Total route 170km)
(B, L, D) Ha Giang - Quan Ba Right in the morning, we get permission to enter the border areas. Today we have a journey through the mountains, full of bends and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, a village with a minority population. One of today's greatest experiences will be crossing the so-called 'Gateway to Heaven' where we will stop taking photos. We will continue to Quan Ba where we stay overnight. (Total route 60 km)
(B, L, D) Quan Ba - Yen Minh - Meo Vac Get your cameras ready for today! Today we enjoy the most beautiful views of the landscape from the whole trip. We drive through Quan Ba - Yen Minh - Meo Vac, a place that is one of the most beautiful in northern Vietnam. We meet and talk to local ethnic minorities and visit their homes. After lunch, we'll get back on the motorbikes and head down to the Meo Vac Valley, which is close to the Chinese border. We have dinner in Meo Vac, a night at Meo Vac. (Total route 100Km)
(B, L, D) Meo Vac - Dong Van After breakfast, head up to Ma Pi Leng. This is another of the incredible places, with mountains surrounded by clouds and overlooking the Nho Que River. We will continue on a winding road to Dong Van, a remote area where we meet the local population. It is interesting to see how they survive here because they live in rocky dwellings. Once we reach the city, we will have time to stroll through the streets that line the houses of the minority residents named Hmong. The houses are built several centuries ago. In my opinion, the Dong Van weekend market is the best you can see in northern Vietnam. Overnight in Dong Van. (Total route 60Km)
(B, L, D) Dong Van - Yen Minh - Quan Ba It's time to go back. We're going from Dong Van to Quan Ba. We stop at the infamous Vuong Palace, where the high-ranking Hmong family, was sold to the French.
