We'd been struggling with our Vietnam e-visa for weeks — the standard process just wasn't working. A friend recommended Vietnam CK's express service, and it genuinely saved our trip. Everything was sorted quickly, professionally, and without a trace of stress. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them again.

A visa for Vietnam can be obtained within a few working hours to a few working days, depending on your request.
US citizens can obtain Vietnam visas on arrival, but only in certain circumstances. This includes when travelers depart from a country where there is no Vietnamese embassy, when traveling through multiple countries before arriving in Vietnam, or when traveling for a specific emergency.
The USD 199 fee is associated with processing the visa directly at the Immigration Office in Vietnam, with a turnaround time of less than 24 hours. Our streamlined process ensures you receive your visa without delay, except on weekends and holidays.
Payment is made securely via PayPal using a credit card.
If the application form is submitted but payment for the service is not completed, we are unable to process the urgent eVisa request.
You’re right that this is not the official government eVisa website.
We are an officially registered travel agency in Vietnam and provide a legitimate visa processing service.
All visas are approved directly by the Vietnam Immigration Department.
For travelers in a rush, we can arrange an express eVisa within 24 hours, instead of waiting the usual 3–5 business days on the official site.
This service is designed for those who don’t have time to wait and need a fast, reliable solution.
Yes, you can enter Vietnam any time on or after the entry date stated on your approved eVisa. However, you cannot enter before that date. Keep in mind that your visa expiry date remains fixed, so entering later will shorten your total allowed stay.
While the eVisa is a digital authorization, we strongly recommend printing at least two hard copies. Some airlines and border checkpoints in Vietnam still require a physical copy to stamp or verify. Having a digital PDF on your phone is a good backup, but a paper copy ensures a smooth entry.
To avoid rejection, you must upload a clear, color digital photo. It should be a portrait (4x6 format) with a white background, taken without glasses or hats, and showing your full face with a neutral expression. The file should be in JPG or PNG format.
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your arrival date in Vietnam. If your passport is nearing its expiry date, we recommend renewing it before applying for the eVisa, as the Vietnamese Immigration Department strictly enforces this rule and may deny entry at the airport.
You should enter through the port listed on your application. While some major airports are occasionally flexible, changing your entry point (especially from an airport to a land border) can result in being denied entry. If your plans change significantly, it is safer to apply for a new visa.
As of 2026, direct visa extensions inside Vietnam are not officially available for most tourist eVisas. If you wish to stay longer, you will typically need to perform a "Visa Run"—leaving the country and re-entering with a new visa. We recommend planning your stay carefully or applying for a 90-day visa if you are unsure.
Notice: VIETNAM CK is an e-commerce/non-governmental website. We provide a Vietnam eVisa processing service, with visas officially approved by the Vietnam Immigration Department.
