1.4. The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

II. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data

2.1. The Controller processes personal data that you have provided, or personal data obtained by the Controller based on the fulfillment of your order (tour booking, visa application, Fast Track service).

2.2. The Controller processes your identification data (first name, surname, date of birth, passport number, passport validity), contact data (e-mail, phone number, address), and data necessary for the performance of the contract (travel itinerary, flight details).

III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing

3.1. The legal basis for processing personal data is:

Performance of the contract between you and the Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (arranging tours, accommodation, transport).
The legitimate interest of the Controller in direct marketing (especially for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, tax regulations, visa obligations).

3.2. The purpose of processing personal data is:

Processing your order and exercising the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship.
Sending commercial communications and conducting marketing activities (website traffic analysis, time spent on pages for offer personalization purposes).

IV. Data Retention Period

4.1. The Controller stores personal data:

For the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship and to assert claims arising from these relationships (for a maximum period of 10 years after termination of the contract due to archival obligations).
Until consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is withdrawn (if the data is processed based on consent).

V. Recipients of Personal Data (Subcontractors)

5.1. Recipients of personal data are persons:

Involved in the delivery of services (hotels, airlines, local transport providers in Vietnam).
Providing website operation services (hosting provider) and other services related to the operation of the website.
Providing marketing and mailing services.

5.2. Transfer of data to third countries:
The Controller transfers personal data to a third country (Vietnam) exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the contract (e.g., immigration authorities for visa processing, hotels for guest registration). The Controller ensures that such transfer complies with Article 49(1)(b) GDPR.

6.1. Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have:

The right to rectification of personal data.
The right to erasure of personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
The right to object to processing (especially for marketing purposes).

7.1. The Controller declares that it has adopted all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data (data encryption, secure servers).
