My initial visit to Myanmar was in 2004, during its early days of welcoming tourists. The experience was unforgettable, offering a unique adventure full of rich culture and history. For me, Myanmar encapsulated the true spirit of Southeast Asia with its untouched beauty and enigmatic charm.

Over the years, I have visited Myanmar countless times, and the initial excitement remains unchanged.

We have forged lasting friendships with communities in the mountains and the delta, playing a part in opening the country to the world.

At Vietnam CK - Myanmar, we have faced numerous challenges, including natural disasters, pandemics, and political instability, always prioritizing ethical engagement and ensuring that local communities benefit directly from our presence. Over the years, we have employed, trained, and provided opportunities for thousands of locals, including staff, guides, and drivers, thereby boosting the local tourism sector.

We are proud of our accomplishments and unwavering commitment to promoting tourism in Myanmar. However, in light of the events following the 2021 coup, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend accepting bookings for Myanmar. We will resume operations once the situation stabilizes and it is safe for travelers to return.

It is with a heavy heart that we announce our decision to temporarily pause taking new bookings for Myanmar. Our primary concern is the safety and well-being of our team, guides, and travelers. Despite this pause, Vietnam CK - Myanmar remains operational, and we are fully committed to supporting our staff and fulfilling our responsibilities.

During these difficult times, our commitment to the people of Myanmar remains unwavering. We are fully dedicated to promoting and booking travel to Myanmar as soon as it is safe.
